These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in events organized by Phoenix Events & Activities (registered under SRK Consults), including Board Game Nights, Stranger Meet-Ups, and any related activities (“Events”). By registering for or attending our Events, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Event Registration
1.1 Participants must register through official channels provided by US.
1.2 Registrations are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the organizer.
1.3 Providing false information during registration may result in denial of entry.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Participants must be 18 years or older unless specifically stated otherwise.
2.2 By attending the Event, you confirm you are legally capable of participating and interacting with new people responsibly.
3. Code of Conduct
3.1 Respectful behaviour is mandatory. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
3.2 Participants must respect personal boundaries and consent, especially during Stranger Meet-Up activities.
3.3 Any behaviour deemed inappropriate by the organizers may result in immediate removal without refund.
4. Safety & Responsibility
4.1 We always promote a safe and friendly environment but cannot guarantee the actions or behaviour of other participants.
4.2 Attendees are responsible for their own safety, belongings, and interactions with others.
4.3 The organizer is not liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Personal disagreements or conflicts
- Injuries resulting from misuse of board games or venue facilities
5. Game Rules & Fair Play
5.1 Participants must follow the rules of each game as explained by hosts or facilitators.
5.2 Cheating, disruptive play, or damaging event materials may lead to removal or penalties.
6. Payments & Refunds
6.1 Event fees must be paid in advance unless stated otherwise.
6.2 Refunds are not provided in any cases. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
7. Event Changes & Cancellations
7.1 Phoenix Events reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any Event due to operational issues, safety concerns, or insufficient registrations.
7.2 In such cases, participants will be notified through registered communication channels.
8. Photography & Media
8.1 By attending, you grant us the right to use photos/videos taken at the Event for marketing and promotional purposes.
8.2 If you do not wish to appear in media, you must inform the team at the venue before the Event begins.
9. Alcohol, Prohibited Substances & Smoking
9.1 Alcohol consumption (if applicable) must comply with venue regulations and legal age limits.
9.2 Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
9.3 Participants under influence who behave irresponsibly may be removed.
10. Interaction With Strangers (Meet-Up Events)
10.1 The organizer facilitates connections but does not verify backgrounds, personalities, or intentions of participants.
10.2 Attendees must use discretion and avoid sharing sensitive personal information.
10.3 The organizer is not responsible for any interactions or relationships formed during or after the Event.
11. Indemnity
11.1 By attending, you agree to indemnify and hold Phoenix Events, its staff, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from your participation.
12. Privacy Policy
12.1 Personal information collected is used only for registration, communication, and improving Events.
12.2 Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or attending our Events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
