Uno No mercy

UNO No Mercy is like regular UNO but much harsher, adding rules like stacking draw cards, eliminating players with 25+ cards, and new action cards like Skip Everyone, Wild Discard All, and powerful Wilds (Draw 6, Draw 8, Final Attack) for intense, often longer, games where the last player standing wins. The core goal is still emptying your hand, but penalties are brutal, making every move strategic and risky.

Key Rules & Differences :

  • Stacking: You can play a +2 on a +2, a +4 on a +4 (or other combos), adding to a running total. The next player draws the accumulated penalty and loses their turn if they can’t add to the stack.
  • Mercy Rule (Elimination): If you have 25 or more cards in your hand, you’re out! Your cards go to the bottom of the discard pile.
  • Draw Until Playable: If you can’t match the top card, you must draw from the deck until you can, not just one card.
  • New Action Cards:
    • Wild Final Attack: Forces a player to draw cards equal to the action/wild cards you reveal in your hand (can be massive!).
  • 7 & 0 Rule: Playing a 7 makes you swap hands with anyone; playing a 0 makes everyone pass hands in the direction of play.

Winning the Game
